ADULT PAINTING CLASS RECENT WORKS

I love showing off painting by my students. The paintings here were completed by students in the adult acrylic classes that I teach weekly at Casa de Linda Art Center. This first one of a horse is by Molly. She has been painting for a couple of years now and has a special love of animals, which is so very evident in this painting. Also check out the chicken she painted that I posted to this blog on Nov. 12, 2010.

The painting below is by Kristi. It's a compiled painting of a landscape she liked with the addition of the bear.

This lovely little hummingbird is by Pat. The flowers are done with a palette knife, giving them extra texture.

Payton is a high school student who attends the Wednesday night adult class. As you can tell from this painting, her FIRST painting by the way, she is serious about art. I just love showing off my students' paintings!
