Linda's Adult Student Art, March 2012

A very ambitious project... this 2 foot by 4 foot painting was completed recently by Elaine, a student in the Wednesday morning adult acrylics class. She painted it from a photo for her son. Isn't he a lucky man!

This is a first painting by adult acrylics student Sue. What a good job!

This painting is by Friday morning acrylics student Pat, who loves to paint still life. And she is so good at it!

This is the second painting by Dennis, who attend weekly acrylics for adults. His hard worked paid off with this nice painting!

ADULT STUDENT ACRYLIC PAINTINGS

More photos of paintings by students taking from basic acrylic classes from me, Linda Calvert Jacobson, at Casa de Linda Art Center, New Braunfels, Texas...

Done completely with palette knife, this is large canvas is by Patty, who paints on Wednesday mornings. If you scroll through this blog, you'll find a previous painting she did of Gruene Hall, also in palette knife.

This is lovely little painting by SuzAnne, who paints during the Thursday afternoon adult class. She was working from a photo she took on a recent trip.

This is the first painting by new student Cathy!

What a peaceful scene! Makes you want to tube down the river doesn't it? Vicki did a great job on this painting!

Inspired by the Robert Frost poem, Autumn put many hours into this painting!

Another first painting from a new student, Julieta.

After an introduction to painting in one of our ART-2-Gogh painting parties, Connie decided to join the on-going Wednesday night class and this is her first canvas from that class!
